Patience is limited

Finally! This manip took me a bit long but i'm pretty satisfied with it.
The water dripping down represents that the patience is limited. (in German we say: "Du bringst das Glas zum überlaufen!" and it means "You get the water to spill out of the glass." (sorry for the bad traduction). It means someone is no longer able to wait.
